Mike Reed

by admin on September 28, 2005

Mike is a freelance writer trading as Reed Words Ltd. He works across the design and advertising fields, although the focus tends towards the former. He’s also done a lot of work in charity fundraising. Previously Creative Director at Other, an agency he co-founded in 1996, Mike went independent in 2002 and hasn’t looked back. His designer partners, apart from David & Associates, include The Partners, Purpose, Landor and The Chase. On advertising and DM he works with Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw and New Moon TV (the people behind London’s Olympic bid film, which Mike also worked on). His work features in the latest D&AD; Annual (2005), and as a member of writers’ group 26, he’s exhibited work at the two most recent London Design Festivals (04 and 05). You can find out more from his website, www.reedwords.co.uk
